INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA ACCORDING TO REGULATION (UE) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)

FIERE DI PARMA S.p.A., Via delle Esposizioni 393 – -43123 Parma – VAT n. 00162790349, hereinafter “Controller”, provides to the exhibition visitor, hereinafter “Person Concerned”, the indications about the purposes and methods of the processing of personal data (“Data”) collected about him, according to the current legislation.

PURPOSES

Personal data, supplied by the concerned person also by compiling specific forms, are used for the continuation of the following activities:

  • COMPULSORIES: entry registragion and admission ticket management; obligations relating to the participation in the exhibition, service delivery and related administratives, financials and tax compliances; security reasons;
  • OPTIONALS: information service delivery following the exhibition; marketing and/or customer satisfaction, also through partner, exhibitors, organizers and/or operators involved in the exhibition.

METHODS

The processing Data is based on honesty, lawfulness, trasparency and minimization principles; it can be made by internal or external workers specifically authorized through contractual clauses and properly instructed, either manually or aumatically. The Controller will implement appropriate technical and organizational actions depending on the risk level.

Personal Data will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold to third-party, except for what is specified in the previous article “Purposes”, without the express consent of the person concerned, with the exception of the necessary communications to carry out activities for the purposes described above.

COMMUNICATION TO TARGET GROUPS 

Data will be communicated to:

  • Purposes point A) – service partner necessary to carry out the exhibition, as well as to carry out the usual administrative-accounting functions and the security of the event;
  • Purposes poin B) – partner, exhibitors, organizers, workers involved in the exhibition based on the expressed interests during the exhibition, for them autonomous data processing of which the Controller is not responsible; marketing companies specifically authorized and trained by the Controller for customer satisfaction activities about the event itself.

 

STORAGE TIME

Data of the person concerned will be stored for 10 years, in case of non-use of data, or refuse from the person concerned that can be expressed at any time as better specified in the “rights of the person concerned”.

TRANSFER OF DATA EXTRA UE

Data of the person concerned do not be transferred to extra european countries. In case Data should transfer to extra european countries or international organizations, will be respected all the provisions of chapter V (Regulation UE 2016/679) in order to ensure an appropriate level of protection. Person concerned rights: The person concerned can ask to the Controller the access to Data, the correction or the cancellation of them or the limitation of the processing or take a position against their processing. For more information about the specification of the person concerned rights and to excercise their rights you need to send an e-mail to privacy@fiereparma.it o write to the address of Controller, by specifying the request and the delivery address of the answer.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

If the Person Concerned believes that the processing of his data violates his dignity, he has the right to complain to the relevant Supervisory Authority.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND THE CONSENT

Data provision for the purpose od point A are compulsories for the fulfillment of the obligations and performance regarding the participation to the Exhibition, the service delivery and the related administrative, accounting and tax obligations. Any refusal will make impossible for Fiere di Parma to admit visitor to the Exhibition and to supply the related services. The processing consent for the purposes of point B is always optional.

PHOTO AND VIDEO

We already inform the person concerned that coming into the exhibition center he accepts the possibility of being incidentally filmed  by audiovisual tools of different subjects. It is not possible guarantee the exclusion of these processing due to the peculiarity of the event. Fiere di Parma could also realize short reportages about the different exhibitions, also with chronicle purposes, and it cannot exclude to incidentally film identifiable individuals. The photographes of the Controller will always checked befor every publication in order to guarantee the lowest possible impact on visitor’s personal data.
